Why we are building Innovara iQ.
We started Innovara iQ because we lived the problem. Running an NDIS service meant one app for rosters, another for payroll, spreadsheets for registers, a folder of policies nobody could find, and a frantic month before every audit.
We wanted one place where a roster becomes a timesheet, a timesheet becomes a pay run and an invoice, and every policy, register and form is ready for an auditor any day of the year. So we are building it.
Innovara iQ brings rostering, payroll, HR, participants, support coordination, plan management, therapy, invoicing, accommodation and audit-ready compliance into one platform, with IIQ AI working across all of it.
